  • 1 or 2 Slices of Fish
  • 1 cup cut pieces of Pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cup of water
  • 1 cup of green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Stalk Parsley, chopped
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 ounces of Carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 4 ounces of baby corn, cut into 1 inch pieces if needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add olive oil. Add onions, green onions. Stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Add carrots, baby corn and stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Add Pumpkin and stir for a couple of minutes.
  • Add Fish slices and add water and stir and cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes and stir it occasionally.
  • Add Parsley, Black pepper and salt and stir for a minute. Check it should be cooked.
  • Squeeze lemon juice.
  • Serve when you are comfortable with hot.
